the company has sponsored the establishment of the new worldpray.com website,
to provide an interactive global forum for people to post their prayers and
aspirations for the new millennium.

Located at www.worldpray.com, the website features an interactive
Millennium Prayerboard, where people can post their prayers and thoughts for
the new Millennium. It also has a Heavenly Portal section which contains hundreds
of links to leading Christian churches and educational, entertainment, and bible
reading resources on the Internet. Material can be viewed and published in a choice
of English and Chinese languages.



To promote the worldpray.com website, VIA has sponsored an extensive online
advertising campaign on such leading Internet services as AOL and Yahoo! as well
as English and Chinese print media. "As the number of visitors to worldpray.com
expands, we are committed to adding more and more features and services to the
site," concluded Mr Chen. "Our ultimate goal is make the worldpray.com one of the
