Fed: Govt has not committed to tax cuts: Crean

Opposition treasury spokesman SIMON CREAN says the government should announce the true
state of the Budget so both sides can release their real tax proposals.

Mr CREAN says voters should not be misled into thinking that the government has given
a commitment to lower income taxes.

He says the government's on again, off again position on income tax cuts shows it has
made no promises.
