Call it urban sprawl with a holiday twist.
What started for Tom Wallace 15 years ago with a single, porcelain, mini-Victorian house, has spread like Christmas cheer to an 80-piece Victorian village that is helping to keep city sidewalks here dressed in holiday style.
Behind the double windows of his family-operated insurance office on Broadway, Wallace has assembled his prized Dickens Village, complete with homes, shops, churches and people, for holiday shoppers, carolers and strollers to admire.
